Practice Overview:

Here at Access Veterinary Care, our goal is to provide exceptional veterinary care in an approachable, affordable,
only full-dedicated urgent care center in the area. This allows our staff to work a variety of cases and consistently
expand their knowledge and skill-set. Due to this, our team fosters a stong team mentality and collaborative
working environment. We have a two vet tech, two vet assistant to one doctor ratio. This allows us to support one
another to the finish line!

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of animal cases
  • Perform small animal surgeries with opportunities for mentorship if desired
  • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  • Guide and utilize exceptional support staff


  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
  • Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Minnesota
  • Flexible scheduling – must be available to work evening shifts
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive team player who motivates staff with encouragement
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USDA Licensed
  • Bi- or Multi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred)
